What your store shows

Products, sizes and colours, custom text, and the artwork people can put on things.

A product can have as many options as it needs — size and colour, or size, colour and fit. The picture follows the colour, so choosing Navy shows the navy one rather than leaving somebody guessing.

Personalising an item

What it isHow it works
Custom textA free-text box on a product — a name, a number, a title. What is typed goes on the item.
Your artwork libraryThe approved designs your store may use. Shoppers pick from them; nobody can add to the library from the store.
Upload your ownWhere a store allows it, a shopper can supply artwork. These orders can be held for approval before anything is made.

Finding things

Stores with a catalogue get a menu built from their categories, breadcrumbs, and filters down the side of a category — size, colour, whatever actually varies on that store. The filters only ever offer values that would return something, so a filter never leads to an empty page.

Minimum order quantities

An item can have a minimum order — the fewest of it one order can hold. The minimum counts every size and colour of the item together, so six mediums and six larges meet a minimum of twelve.

Shoppers see the minimum in the catalogue and on the item, with a running count of how many they have. The cart shows how many more an item needs, and checkout opens once every minimum is met. Minimums are set per store, so the same item can have a different minimum on another store.
