Spend and stock reports
The figures on your Reporting tab and what each one counts.
Store adminsThe Reporting tab carries two things: what your store spent, and what is on the shelf. Which of them you see depends on what your store has switched on.
Spend
- Total spend over a date range you choose, with the trend.
- By item — what was ordered, how many, and what it came to.
- By person — what each buyer spent, and when they last ordered.
Stock on hand
A table of your store's items and what stock last reported, with the restock dates described in Stock and restock dates. It is shown only where live stock is available, because a table of cached numbers is exactly what the stock badge exists to avoid.
Who can see it
The Reporting tab is an admin's page, and every figure on it is scoped again underneath — a regional admin sees their own people, not the store. Nothing on this page widens what anybody may see.
